The Planning Experience

Welcome! We'll kick things off with an initial call to get to know each other and to chat about your wedding dreams. If we're a good fit, you'll receive a contract and invoice to review; following acceptance and payment, you'll receive a link to your personalized planning portal and we'll start things off with our very first planning session.

First things first: we'll place the building blocks for a successful wedding day.
Establishing a budget and guest list, selecting your dream venue, and sourcing key vendors are the focus points during the development stage.

Now that our core vendor team is on board, it's time to focus on the most fun part of planning.
During the design process, we'll focus on the visual elements as well as the little details that will make your wedding YOURS. Tablescapes, florals, floor plans, stationery - you name it!

Time for us to put all of the puzzle pieces together! We'll gather any last details from vendors, finalize floor plans and orders, and manage any last-minute hiccups.
During this part of the process, your master timeline is built out and communicated with your dream team to ensure a seamless wedding day.

Wedding day has arrived, and we couldn't be more full of joy for you. We will be fully in our element executing all of the details - big and small - that you've dreamed so hard about.
